I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Amalia, both as a person and as a health coach. I’m 58 and have been in serious need of major adjustments to my lifestyle  and overall health. My poor eating habits and lack of exercise have definitely been taking their toll. My sessions with Amalia have been awesome; she’s so personable and really gets to know your habits, likes and dislikes. She discusses suggestions with you, then sends you a detailed plan both for eating and exercise, that is really easy to follow.  It’s clear that this is not a diet, this really is a way to better your lifestyle.  Also, knowing she is there for support along the way is huge; this will hold me accountable. Yoga has been traditionally taught privately. While group classes offer a wonderful community energy, the best way to improve your alignment, deepen your practice and have a tailored experience that meets your unique needs is with a one-on-one private session.

Another great feature of private yoga sessions? You can do them at a time that is convenient for you!

Private sessions may be shared with one other person at no extra cost. For larger private groups, please email me to discuss and set up.

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Session

Pregnancy and becoming a new mother are magical and yet sometimes overwhelming times for a woman. Your body is going through so many changes!

A regular yoga practice is very important at this time – to relax and calm your nervous system, stretch and strengthen your muscles, increase stamina, relieve back pain…


It is so important to modify your practice safely for your body’s changes at this time.

A private, pre-natal or post-natal yoga session can be a wonderful way to take time out just for you, so that you can be calm and centered for your upcoming delivery or your little one at home.

Corporate Yoga Session

Corporate yoga consists of either single or regularly scheduled group sessions in the workplace. This is a great team-building activity for the company and a wonderful way for everyone to release stress and increase energy and concentration.

I have led Corporate Yoga classes for companies both large and small and I would love to work with your team to design just the right class for your environment.

While I cannot diagnose conditions nor prescribe lab tests for you, I can advise you on what to discuss with your medical doctor and in some cases, I can assist in finding the right doctor or provider for your needs.
