And I can remember a time when I really had no idea how to put together a healthy meal – or what on earth I should even be eating.
So while I couldn’t fit in all of my healthy go-to’s in one video, I did put in several options for breakfasts, lunches, dinner and even snacks – (make sure you check out my homemade protein bars in the video – not only are they good for you, they taste like chocolate chip cookie dough ❤️)
All the recipes in this video are gluten-free and there are tons of vegan options!
