I’ve been getting lots of questions lately about how to meditate.

As promised in my previous post, I put together a brief video with a simple explanation.

Meditation is more than just a way to relax – it is truly life changing! It can actually rewire the way your brain processes stress, anxiety and depression; not to mention preserving the “youth” of our brains as we age.
